Flower Punk by Frank Zappa is in a fast 7/8 alternating with 5/8. Solitaire by John Zorn is also in a fast 7/8. They’re fast enough to almost be felt in 1.

A lot of Balkan folk music is in 7/8 or 7/16 and is fast enough to be felt in "1", or a lopsided "2".

Check out the Rachenitsa (there are different spellings), a Bulgarian dance in fast 7:
