Looks like it came with a Pearl stand too.

But still, the aluminum die cast hoops could fetch $80 bucks a piece.

For $80 bucks all together ,I would have jumped all over that.

A "WTF" moment? Sure...

Facebook Marketplace had a Gretsch Brooklyn series with hardware for $400. My "Red Alert" went off as a scam, but I bit the line just in case it wasn't as some people sell what they don't know they have at a screaming deal.
Long story short, the poster used a stock drum set photo of what he thought was the same thing & of course it wasn't.
Some badgeless shell set with old hardware.

A clear case of a "WTF" moment when first seeing the ad, but alas...too good to be true.

Not so much a massive bargain but a few years ago a 14x6.5 Radio King was listed on eBay for less than 400 from the same seller that the month before I bought my 14 x 5.5 from.

Still annoyed with myself I didn't bid as it sold for less than I would have been prepared to pay. Talked myself out of buying another snare so soon.

When they invent time machines that'll be the first moment I go back to change.

Grrrrrr!
