Default Backbeat warm up exercise .

I like to warm up with stickings with a backbeat, here is a video of me doing it with a bass player. http://fandalism.com/tonicannelli/dNuf

Have no idea how I miss new posts around here, but I do.

As with all of your stuff, nicely done!

I was giving thought to warm-up exercises just the other day and how as a young drummer I never entertained such playing, however, these days I find myself doing warm-up exercises and rudiments daily, usually first thing in the morning.

This will make for a nice addition to other exercises I do.

Many thanks for this, TC.
