Default What happened to the R.I.M.S. mount company?

I have some old RIMS mounts on my toms and need to replace a 10.5mm memory lock or two with stripped threads.
Tried searching online to no avail.
I cant even get their name to come up on a Google search, first ten pages.

Does anyone know what happened to the innovator of drum mounting technology?
It's like theyve gone from existence and no parts available anywhere.

Something is fishy in Denmark............

Gary Gauger still makes R.I.M.S. mounts, although with a slightly different design. There are also knock-offs that are suitably close, and with different names (Ludwig's is Vibra-Band.)

But the memory locks are probably not part of the R.I.M.S. system, they sound like they're part of the tom mount clamp, or something related.

The brackets and memory locks are unrelated to RIMS mounts and are not sold through Gauger. If you have a picture of the tom bracket, it would perhaps be possible to find a matching memory lock.
