Default Maple / nylon 7A - Do they exist?

I've been serching a lot for some regular size 7A sticks made of maple and with nylon tip, but i just can't find them!

Vater has a maple 7A with nylon tip but they are too long and the tip is too big, oval and not tear drop :-S

I hope you can help me guys

There are plenty of places that you can get sticks custom made

Or sometimes you just have to compromise

Those are hickory not maple...

They do make a maple 7A with Nylon tip though it's not listed on the website.
Because it isn't a popular model you will probably have to special order them from your local drum shop.

Specs are 15" x .520"

Vic Firth have the SD7 Whacker, it's a 7A size maple stick with a nylon tip.
