Default My current cymbal suite.

Well another hot and sunny day and too much time on my hands. lol Why not take a pic of my current cymbal suite? All Sabian HHX. From top left, "9 Alu Bell,"10 Paragon splash,"15 X-celerator hi-hats, "16 Evolution crash,"17 Explosion crash, "18 Studio crash,"19 Explosion crash, "20 Explosion crash and "20 Stage ride. Oh and a Protection Racket Deluxe cymbal bag. I reaalise that one of these pics looks a bit like a grave but the only thing thats buried is my credit card!
Paul.
p.s. I am thinking of changing to Paiste 202's, any thoughts?

After getting all of those together, I wouldn't change. Or if I did, I'd do it as (and if) they break.

Nice selection! Some real gems there, like the 16" Evolution Crash and the 20" HHX Stage Ride.

DO you want to switch to Paiste 2002s? I would say, "No." Don't limit yourself to one brand/model. As you find cymbals you like, get 'em...

Sweet suite!

Do you get much use out of the Alu Bell?

Hi Anduin
Not a lot but it's a real sweet sound.
Usually use it for an accent on the "ring" portion of the lyric on O-bla-de-o-bla-da.
Sometimes I get a little medieval and play it on the most innappropriate tunes. Sort of my revenge on guitarist's cos that sucker sustains forever.
Paul.

Nice set. Why change? Why not just add?
