Default Advice on tom head selection

I have a Yamaha Rydeen kit with 12" 13" and 16" toms. Currently there are coated Remo Emperors on all of my toms with the stock Yahama heads on the reso side.

I Have had difficulty finding the right tuning for the toms with these heads and am considering trying some Evans heads. I'm looking at the coated G2's for the batter side and am thinking about switching the stock reso heads out for something better.

Evans has several reso head options, what makes is a good match for the G2?

I have already said this several times on this forum, but I really like the EC Resonant head for tom bottoms. Peace and goodwill.

I like the EC resonant heads on floor toms. On mounted toms I prefer G1 clear or coated.

Alot of drummers are using G1's as reso's. I personally, like the EC and EC1. Another popular reso from Evans is the Genera reso. I may try the genera next.
