Default Cymbal stand repair

I'm having problems with my cymbal stand. It is not stable there where is my finger, so everything above is not stable. I already tried with duck tape, but it's not enough. Is there any way to get this fixed?

Can't tell from the picture, but it might be held in place by a roll pin. If that's the case, you can knock out the pin and either replace it or do what I did and use some JB Weld.
