Default Buying Lugs Separately?

I've found some acrylic shells on eBay without the lugs attached, the seller bought the shells and used the hoops and lugs for another project.

I'm just wondering if it is possible to buy lugs separately without having to sacrifice another kit for the hardware and if so, where could I buy them?

Oh boy, it's gonna add up fast! For example, a 12" tom needs 12 lugs, 12 rods, 2 hoops, 2 heads. In US dollars, with a deal, that's about $120. I'm guessing that the other drums are larger, which means more lugs & rods, and extra cost for hoops & heads (especially the kick drum) so $120 is the least you can expect to spend on a single drum.

What about tom mounts & a holder for the kick? Kick spurs? Floor tom mounts & legs?

The shells may be a great deal, but this isn't going to be a cheap kit by the time you're done...

Yeah I soon noticed that when I looked on Drum Factory Direct... I immediately changed my mind about the whole thing, considering 1 lug is $5 :/
