We have a classified section for selling gear.
You are posting in the wrong section.

Also your link does not work. take off the first http:// and it will work but it will take you to a home page and not the your ad.

Hope the OP has strong quad muscles. That "hover" could get real ugly pretty bloody quickly I'd imagine.

Not my ad...

The seller is confused about what makes and what DOESN'T make a throne.

Sorry, I misunderstood what you were saying.
Its kind of a grey area because when we say throne we usually are referring to the base and the seat in combination so the ad description isn't totally incorrect.

There's value to a throne with no seat. I swapped out my Roc-N-Soc ginormous seat with a smaller round one, just switched the mounting hardware. If someone has, or can get, a suitable padded seat, this could work well.

+1

But I think this fellow is asking too much money. $50 is a little too much for just hardware without a seat (at least I think so).

Agreed. $20 at the most because someone would have to have a seat. The value is greatly diminished without a seat.

Im shopping for seats only right now, as in 3 of them the same. All my throne bases are the same too.

Drum shops usually don't stock them, but they can easily get and do sell throne top and base separates.
