I get what you mean. If all the other adjustments are just right, but you want more angle on the foot board, the only way to get it is with a shorter chain (or strap), so that's what I did.
At the front of the pedals foot board, if there are two small screws holding the chain (where it meets the foot board), take those out, move the link up one or two, and reinstall the screws. The chain will have a little "bulge" from the links, but it will not affect the chain, or the pedal performance. I did this almost 10 years ago with the chain on my 3 Eliminator pedals, and I never had any issues at all. I could play as hard as I wanted, and the chain was not affected. Here's a pic that shows the links moved up. There's a little bulge, and a "second row" of chain. I think this was moved up 2 links. ![]() I use the Blue Pearl Elim. Strap on those pedals now, but, I shortened the straps as well :-) Hope it works out for you!
