Default Silverfox drumsticks? Your thoughts?

I am curious to how these drumsticks are. I know numerous friends and other drummers who use these sticks and want to know the functionality, durability, and comfort of the particular brand. I have been a Vic Firth guy and fell in love with the 3A models. I find that they are the perfect width and length for the type of genre I play. I also am very fond of Aaron Spear's signature models from Vic Firth. I play ska and punk music so I hit very hard and go through sticks fast. Let me know your thoughts on Silverfox or just tell me what other sticks you think I might enjoy! Thank you.

Default Re: Silverfox drumsticks? Your thoughts?

I've been playing silverfox for almost 7 years now and I'm totally happy with them.

I usually can play with one pair about 3-5 months til they break and I hit very hard and play very aggressive music mostly..
When I played vic firth they normally cracked after 1 month +- ...

I think silverfox is not as "known" as vic firth and they don't have that number of products..
For my bigband and jazz combos I still have to order vic firth peter erskine sig. sticks as I can't find sticks like that at silverfox...
