He did a great job of taping those drums and cymbals so that they no longer sound like drums and cymbals.
I like the way that he sets it up in an unplayable configuration too.

In his world Germany and China are one country!
Craig's ad posters went to different schools than the rest of us. They even have their own way of spelling.

I really like cowbell over the china. Interestingly there appears to be a DW Tom hangning in there and possibly a premier genista snare.

It's down to $2000 now, but I still don't consider that "affordable". Maybe it's tough to get drums up in Maine.... :)

DW 2000 series hardware must be exceedingly rare. I've never even heard of it. That makes the drums even more exclusive.

This is a real beauty. It's "missing the stool and symbols" but it's $125 FIRM.

Hilarious thread! Kind of makes me sad at the same time, though. Those pictures and
descriptions are the opposite of what we love about the instrument and the art of drumming...

By the way, I always wonder why Craigslist has a purple peace symbol (not cymbal) for
avatar in the url bar?

That's committing the sacred sin on Craigslist of actually having a more-than-reasonable asking price! Oh my. I'm not sure I can cope.

One of the funniest things on Craiglist is when the pictures show the drums set up in some ridiculous arrangement. Speaking of which, I was watching Pawn Stars and there were two drum sets shown in the background of the shop, and the bass-mounted toms were far apart and at a real steep angle. Reminded me of Craigslist photos.
