Default Bulk buying of sticks

Just wondering if there is anywhere online where you can buy sticks in bulk for cheap or as cheap as possible? I'm talking proper branded sticks like vater, pro mark, vic firth etc not the cheap maple crap that breaks straight away. Also I live in the UK if that helps. Cheers, Peety

Do you want to bulk buy Vic Firth maple sticks? Or are you confusing low-quality hickory with maple? I play high-quality maple sticks...

eBay is always a good source. I've ordered plenty of sticks from eBay US, and I live in Norway.

I've been able to get Vic Firth sticks down to about $6 a pair by calling around for prices on multiple bricks. If there's a better way to get a better price, I'd be glad to hear it as well.

Thanks so far. Just to clear up, I mean i don't want the crappy unbranded maple sticks that are of really poor quality. I want the sticks that you usually pay 10 a pair or so for. Peety

Yes, I've been able to find Vic Firth 5A or the orange Weckl's for about that price calling around when I need a few bricks.

I have bought Vater "seconds" both from my local drum shop and Musician's Friend. They are great sticks with only cosmetic issues. Both times the twelve pairs of sticks lasted me a long time. In fact, it is almost time to do it again. Peace and goodwill.

Keep your eyes open for sales. Musicians Friend had an insanely huge sale on VF sticks last Juy. MF had the SD9 model for just $4 a pair. I grabbed a dozen pairs!

Guitar center has Vic Firth stick for half off until Oct 28. The prices are all between $3.49 and $4.75.
