That's brilliant. I tend not to see these problems so much in the UK but I can relate to the people. I've met some real tools that are just like this.

The best one was a guy I was actually in a band with. He played bass (supposedly) and I had been playing guitar for a few years (drums in the band). I picked up his bass having never played one before and was playing better than him at that point! The funny thing? He always went on about how great he was at bass. The reality was that he had a ridiculous distortion pedal that destroyed any sense of what he was actually playing.

I know a bass player like this, the playing part anyway. He would actually be a pretty good player if he didn't have use distortion cranked up to 10 all the time. He always has to be the loudest, as if the bass guitar is the most important part of every song.

At least your guy could play! I remember one day this guy was eventually brutally cut down by a music tutor, who after two years just told it like it was. Funny. I'd have sympathy if the guy in question wosn't one of the most reprehensible creatures I've ever met.

Team,

I screwed up, I had been putting Craigslist ads in looking for like minded players, especially a bass player.

Here is how it is really done.....

It is definitely "unique". Nice bleed over on the "rally stripes". I bet it makes you play faster like having a rally or racing stripe on a Chevy Cavalier makes it go faster. I may have to have this done to mine. This is kind of insignificant to some of the stupidity shown previously, but it's just one more thing that adds to the list of stuff that never ceases to amaze me. It really is difficult to wrap your head around some of the things people do. I will never understand people's motivation for the things they do no matter how hard I try. Its great that we are all different, but for some, I guess that just isn't good enough. Lol

Now, I have the pro set of ZHT's and I love them. For a sheet bronze cymbal, they really do have a nice sound. Being that I would have paid the same price for any of the 3 lines, I really feel like I got a deal now, since it's a "higher" line than the ZBT or ZXT series. Ill have to remember that if I sell them.

Seeing that there is no difference in sound, Zildjian will now start prodcuing the V notch K series. Sound is the same and they will save on bronze

I had to post this. Look at the brand name of the snare and then the book at the bottom of the snare stand.

I am thinking of putting some drum gear up on craig's.
I am going to put up factual descriptions of my items that include clear pictures along with a clear description that includes the true manufacturers name and the true model name of the item with no misspelled words.
I hope that there is someone can interpret my ad for the potential craig's buyers. :)
