Default Tom-Toms & Bass drum

Hey guys,

As you can see in my avatar, my drum kit is white with some sparkles in it. I don't like that color that much. So is there any kind of coverage or something that I can change that white "skin" of my drums and make it black? I'd definitely change those colors if possible.

Thanks.

Are they painted or is it a wrap. If its a wrap you can just remove it and buy new wrap from any of they many drum supply places, if they are painted its gonna cost a few bucks to do it right but if you got a buddy that paints cars as a hobby he could save you quite a bit.

Agreed. Looks like a bitchin' kit. I can't recall when I have ever seen the tom centered over the bass drum like that.

Well, it quite is lol. It's my first kit and it was a birthday gift from my family. I doubt they invested a good amount in it and they told me this "use it for practicing first, then we'll get you another one". I guess they said that because of the lack of impression I showed because it didn't look the way I wanted it. So I guess I'm just gonna invest on this kit and make it my dream kit. As for the tom, it's centered like that because my bass drum hasn't those metal legs, so if I move the tom 1 inch from the center, the bass drum will simply roll away lol.

I will try to get a bigger picture of the set, in the meanwhile I can tell you that it's wrap and they are not painted. Can someone link me to some wrap articles online? I need to see how it looks like.

Precision drum has every kind of wrap you can imagine, they can even make custom wraps from pictures.
