Hey guys,
Im considering buy a pack of Attack drum heads

Amd was wondering , if I Remo Ambassadors as Reso heads on my toms, would it be better to put them as batter, and put the Attack heads as resos?
thanks, - Josh

I've never heard of those before. A four pack for $25? I wouldn't buy those without first hand experience if I were you, you get what you pay for.

But as for your question, I use clear ambassadors as resos on my stage custom, work fine.

Go ahead, give a try... keep the experiment in achieving the sound - You want!

I use Remo Ambassador (Smooth White) on the batter sides and snare resonant. Evans G1 clear on the tom-tom resonant, Evans G1 coated on the floor tom resonant. It works perfect, love the sound!

A coated (sort of...) as a snare reso? That's cool!

I'm telling you Cameo!
I have experimented with all of those single-ply heads including Aquarian clear snare side, Evans G1 clear, Stock heads... I have finally achieved that head configuration (the cool one mentioned previously). :)
