Vintage/ Obscure Drum Parts Identification Help!

Hello;

I recently bought a bunch of various older drum parts and am having a difficult time identifying some of them. I have a small drum workshop in my basement, and like to fix up and sell cheaper/beginner kits for students.

I would like to sell these parts on eBay or to someone on here to help offset the costs. Is there anyone on here who'd be willing to help identify these parts? I have several .jpgs of each part to help. I probably have about 20 parts/pieces.

Pics 4, 5 & 6 is a clamp that is attached to the bottom of a bass drum hoop (reso side) while the spikes dig into the floor in order to stop it sliding forward.

Pics 7 & 8 could well be a drum key. Can't see the inside, does it fit a tension rod?

Pics 9 & 10 are part of a clamp that will attach to the bass drum hoop. Possibly used to mount a cowbell etc. Looks like part is missing leaving you with the bottom section that mounts to the hoop.

Pic 13 looks like an L-arm missing the rest of the mount.

Check in the plastic bags, there may be all the pieces you need to put those clamps back together.

Nothing is Rogers from the 60s-80s.

Pics 1-3 look more like parts for a door handle than any drum part I've ever seen.

4-6 is, like Pocket said, an attachment for a bass drum to keep it from sliding forward. A fairly common item, if not a bit outdated.

7-8 is a typical single size nut wrench, not necessarily a drum par. Although older American made kits did use standards nuts on the tom holders rather than wingnuts, so I have seen these in drum part bin. But I'm pretty sure I've seen those in garages of non-drummers too.

9-10 some sort of clamp to attach a something to the bass drum, but part of it is missing.

11-12, L-arms. I assume they were part of a bass-drum mounted cymbal arm.

13 - not sure

14: A standard L-arm, sold by a variety of manufactures.

15-16 hard to say

17-18 a lug from some sort of snare drum. Although I'm not sure which brand.

19-20: I have no idea

The next 5 pics of the bags, it's hard to see through the bag, but I don't think those are drum parts.

The next two pics are bass drum beater counter weights. Not many people use them, but some people do.

Then you have some u-brackets which could be from a number of things non-drum related.

Under the U brackets, the item on the far right is an Ago-go bell bracket, to mount a set of ago-go bells on a cowbell holder. The middle piece looks like a shelf bracket of some sort.

The next three pics, with the U bracket with multiple screws, I'm not sure. Looks familiar, but I can't place it. It may or may not be a drum part. Man, that one is going to drive me crazy, because I know I've seen those one something not too long ago.

The next 3 pics, the U bracket with the single screw, looks like what I had in my old house, which were security locks for older style metal framed sliding glass windows.

In the next two pics, the 3 black rubber strips, those came with lower end kits that had metal bass drum hoops. The rubber strip had an adhesive backing, and you would put it in the metal hoop so the bass drum pedal would better stay attached to the drum.

The red thing, not a drum part as far as I can tell.

The last picture, I'm not sure.

I initially thought a handle for a car window winder.

Speaking of things I knew I'd seen, but couldn't place. Counter weights......of course they are!!!

The rubber items have nothing to do with drums, pretty sure.

Thanks everyone for the help so far. Glad to see that I'm not the only one stumped by some of these parts.

It's highly probable that some of these pieces are not drum parts as some of you have said, as I'm sure things get thrown in boxes over the years when something couldn't be readily identified.

Regarding the bagged items, it looks to me as if they are connector pieces (I'm not good at using correct jargon) between the foot pedal plate and the pull-down spring rod on older hi-hat stands. At least that's what they sort of looked like when I looked at some of my old hi-hats stands. Could they also be for older kick pedals as well connecting the end of the food pedal plate to the pulley?

Also, could anyone elaborate on what a U bracket is and what it's for?
