Default Slap-Top Cajon!

I just came across this new type of Cajon by Meinl and I'm thinking this will be extremely popular. I knew I wanted one after seeing the first 3 seconds of this video.

I'm already the proud owner of a "regular" cajon, but this looks even more fun, and if the sound on the video is accurate, it sounds fantastic too.

That's cool! Like how they are able to get a sound without the wires on the opposite side. Any idea on pricing?

I guess it's between $110 and $120 USD.

After watching the video again, I'm wondering how well it stays on your lap. Does the player need to squeeze his or her legs together to keep it from moving, and does it rest nicely on the lap without fear of falling off while playing? I haven't seen a complete picture of the cajon yet and wonder what the back and bottom of it looks like. There aren't any reviews of it yet, as far as I know, since it is so new to the market. I'm just trying to find what possible negative qualities it may have, if any, before I find out the hard way.

Edit!

I did find this review on youtube and I think there isn't anything to worry about in regards to it moving around while playing.
