Default Quick Lock Clutch

So I've seen a couple of quick lock clutchs being released recently (Remo/Gibraltar) I was wondering if anyone uses one and if they actually work as described or are just a gimmick?

The Gibraltar I have seen in the shop and it's real nice.
A guy I buy from there uses one, and say's he's had mo issues at all and it's great. He's had it for a couple months (whenever it came out) now.

Been using mine for a month or so now.

Love it love it love it.

One of those, "what the heck took so long" things.

Remo's clutch has been around 15, maybe 20 years. It's cool, except the thumb nut loosens up, and I've had a few clutches where the nut or clutch itself strips. But, that's how they've managed to sell me about 5 of them.

I've got the Gibraltar, and I think it's the greatest invention since the Mini Cooper. Does it save all that much time putting it on/taking it off? No, not that much... But it feels really cool using it! Built super-sturdy, too, so it's not going to break anytime soon. Go get one, they're cheap!

I am going to try plumbers tape first, but if that doesn't work, I am going to buy one of these.

I have one.

Works great. I can't ever see going back to a threaded clutch again.

I wonder how long before they put it on their drop clutch?
