Anyone know the make of this double tom stand?

I was wondering if anyone here might be able to identify the double tom stand seen in these two pictures, both of Michael Giles during his stint with King Crimson in 1969.

I know he had a Ludwig set, but I'm not sure if the same applies to his tom stand. Any help would be appreciated!

It sure looks like a Ludwig stand to me. There are always several of them on eBay at any given time in different conditions of rust and decay :)
 
That was my initial guess as well, but I'm still unsure. After checking out this page, I'm convinced this one would have been manufactured by Ludwig during that year, and yet the one seen in the two pictures doesn't resemble it from the front or the back (not even this one, for that matter).
 
That was Ludwig's mid-'60s double tom holder. I've got one somewhere.

Jon, if you want to sell it I am interested. I want a stand with 9.5mm rods for my 8" and 10" timbales to match my 68 Ludwig kit.
I have been looking for one that has no rust.
