Hi Everyone,

Please get in touch if you need your bass head decorating with the name of your band or logo. If you have no logo, then we can design one for you.

Good luck with the venture, I didn't realise that we had someone in competiton with Custom Skins in the UK.
 
Hi there and hanks for getting in touch. The graphic/s are printed onto a fully conformable, waterproof self adhesive vinyl - essentially, a giant sticker. They can be applied by the user directly onto the surface of the existing drum skin. Or, we can apply the graphics to a new drum skin that we supply.

Price is subject to sight of artwork, but a ball park figure for a complete full colour sticker to cover the entire drum head may be around £50 to supply the sticker and send it to you. Or around £50 + cost of drum head for us to apply it and send it to you. Plus VAT.

Just out of interest, have you tested the vinyl on all bass drum head types?

Vinyl will not stick to Evans Onyx drum heads for any real length of time; (I tried a vinyl stickers on mine, lasted less than a week before coming off) I'm not sure about Remo Suede heads as I don't use them. I have a friend who works in the decal business, he uses a lot of vinyl for car detailing and he made me stickers using both 70 and 240 micron to try out on my bass drum, neither weights worked.

I know Custom Skins print direct to the head.
