Here's my Gretsch Catalina Maple with the 16 floor tom converted to a bass drum with a Danmar floor tom riser. I really enjoy having it set up this way either to jam on at home or to gig with. I was given the snare for free by a friend and just recently started using it. Love the tight pop it gives. I would totally recommend the floor tom conversion to anyone looking for something like it. I've never seen a design like this one before from any other brands.

14"x14" Floor
16"x16" Bass

Here is mine. I've done some more work on it lately and don't have the most current pics.

Hey guys, I just got my first four piece kit. I needed to buy me a gigging kit after my scary gig at a club the other night. I took out my studio kit, and I'm glad that I won't have to do that again. Anyways, I'm super thrilled with this kit and love the cymbals.

The little Gretsch Catalina Jazz kits are great drums for the money. I wouldn't mind having mine in "white marine pearl", lol.

Just curious. For those of you who have multiple kits, do you have redundant hardware or do you move it from kit to kit?

I have hardware for each kit.
I find it easier that way.
I like to leave kits at practice studios and I also like to leave kits set up at home.
I also like the keep gig kits bagged and ready to go.

I also have designated hardware for each of my kits and I also take several redundant pieces to gigs. I just makes life a lot simpler and creates fewer headaches.

Here is my 4 piece, some older cymbals mixed with cheap newer ones.
