What stand is this?

Hi All,

I recently received a pile of drum stuff that I'm trying to slowly sort through, but for the life you me I can't figure out what this one stand is. Since its an LP I assume its a congo or bongo stand, but all the pictures I find on the internet don't really look much like it.

What does everyone think? If it is a bongo stand, how am I supposed to attach bongos to it?

Seeing the LP made me wonder if it was a hand percussion mount too. I'm wondering if there is a bracket missing from the top of the mounting arm that would allow it to attach to congas or bongos.

You're right; it is a bongo stand, and it appears to be missing the top bracket for holding the bongos. But that base should be okay to insert cymbal or tom stand upper portions to get some use, if nothing else.
