Pain sucks

I find that when i stay on line for long periods of time my middle finger on my right hand swells up and gets stiff. Sometimes this happens when im not on line for long at all.

I have talked to my hand therapist and she has told me that this could cause trigger finger. I in no way want that. But i do really enjoy my time online reading and checking email and watching youtube vids etc.

Anyone else have this problem?

First of all, were it not for pain how would you know you are alive?

When I used to use a mouse I would get cramps in my hand after extended net sessions. I started switching the mouse back and forth between hands every hour or so. That seemed to alleviate the problem. Now I use laptops exclusively so I'm using a touch pad. No problems there at all.

Agreed.

Switching to a lap top alleviated a lot of wrist issues I was having.
