Hello Drummers!
I have a question.
Soon i will begin to record drums for my band's first demo. I would like to do that with my e-Kit via Midi to USB cable into my laptop. Record it midi and than use Addictive Drums.
Is this posseible with any regular Midi to USB cable?
Because i read something about latency etc.
My thoughts where. If i record via midi into my computer, and send it back, i will get latency.
But if i use my jack output(of my laptop, with click track and everything) and plug it into my mixer. And than the jackoutput of my E-kit in the mixer to. I can hear myself with the clicktrack with no latency, and just record the midi into my laptop using the Midi to usb cable.
Will this work?
