REEmo or REHmo?

I have never heard anyone in the US say anything but REEmo.
I imagine that people in France would say REHmo. OUI?

My Polish drum teacher says REHmo, the things he says are just funny.

In Europe they must say REHmo, because of the common phonetics of their languages. (damn it! why don't the spell it fonetikali?!).

Thats interesting because I've been to Guitar Centers and what not, and there are these straight up Americans saying REHmo. Odd, indeed.

Those same people also say SO-NOR drums, instead of SNORE drums! I don't acknowledge them! :)
What do I know! I'm just a crusty old New Englander.

When I go to the Remo facility in North Hollywood, the staff says REE-mo, and given they work for Mr. Beli, I'd think they're right.
