The new Evans website... connot load page ???

Hi !

I'm not able to load the new Evans website... Only the
home/main page are viewable... I have try with my Mac
and PC also... I have send an e-mail to Evans Webmaster
and they told me that it's my computer...

Do you guys know if we need a special plugin or something
to access their site ???

Hi !

I'm able to load the welcome/home page but others pages loads
as white only pages... I have a Mac OSX with all the recent updates
but also tryed it with Windows XP and Vista to not available...

Maybe it's my internet connection ??? will try somewhere else
today and will tell you...

Which browsers were you using? Operating system doesn't matter as much as browser, such as Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.

Javascript and flash installed !!!

Tried with IE7, FF3, Opera9, Opera10, Google Chrome on Vista or XP SP2...

Same (blank) results !!

All D'addario group websites are blank pages!

Called a friend to check it on his PC : same (blank) results ... :-((

There is definitly something wrong with the new Evans website (and all d'addario group websites), but even EvansPrez doesn't care...

Hold on guys, I care. I was on our site today without a problem. Please help me understand the problem you are having and we will try to get it fixed. I read that some of you are getting blank pages. Where is everyone located that is having the problem? I will give the info to our IT group to see if we can find a solution.

I have been all over the site. I see no problems at all. Everything seems fine,,, pages load.. looks good to me.
 
I'm in eastern Canada... Québec

...main page load, I move the mouse to ROCK
or JAZZ, after that to BATTER or RESO and I
click my choice... instead of the drum head I
choose, a blanc page appear...

Java is running and Flash is updated...

I just tried what you did and I got the page with pictures and stuff. What are you using for an internet browser? Internet Eexplorer?

I have try it with my iMac OSX 10.5.6 with Safari and Opera + On my PC
with Windows XP with Internet Explorer...
