A soudscape that is a rough, potted history of Australia. Cynics might say it's an excuse to play the didge. There's a bit of drumming later on but this one's mostly about evolving buzzy ambient soundsssssssssssss ..............

I think I picked up on all your nuances. I love the relationship of sounds to the history story. The use of didgeridoo has obvious Australian connections, but aside from that, I loved the affect on the piece when it came in. The timbre of that instrument is fantastic, especially in the context of this piece. It's not difficult to see why the indigenous peoples found it enticing & haunting.

On a side note, I'm not sure if others have picked up on the blatant (& very amusing) use of gender marketing in your post title

Mmmh.... History of Australia, seems to be a scary place to live, very spooky indeed.

But it's as good as your previous attempt, as dark ambient soundscape, it does the trick perfectly, and this time the video editing add to the atmospheric vibe too...

I don't know if it's the aged female drummer description, but you have a spooky voice in this piece of music... makes me wonder if this is actually a real picture of you!!!

I would like to hear more "dark" stuff, maybe based on some darker things than Australia's history(even if it's kinda dark ).
Maybe a bit less drummy, and more flowy. Experiment with the sounds you got, instead of introducing new sounds.

@ Andy, yes, when a didge breaks the silence it has an incredible effect. It's a popular device in Australian movies set in the desert. Unfortunately most times you hear them for real it buskers trying to cut through street noise.

@ Henri, my voice is so spooky I sacked myself from backup vocs with the band and we've been a better band for it. Not kidding. So now my vocal tracks all consist of tasteful silence. Enjoyed that first Underworld movie too.
