Stupid Deal of the Day

I was looking at these yesterday as a matter of fact. Did a search on here and they don't seem to get good reviews. I'm sure on a pro level something at this price wouldn't, but wonder for a guy like me in a "podunk old man band doing gigs in small podunk venues" if they are worth a hoot.
