I love how each drum, while maintaining a common look with the kit as a whole, has its own identity in its pattern
 
What an improvement, wow. Those things looked real bad before, now they're real headturners. Terrific job, post some work details when you get time.

Awesome DYI job!!!! That is a good lookin kit. The pattern on the bass drum reminds me of a rope tuned drum
