Custom Kick Drum Head

Drummer/Musician friends... I need some help. At one time I had come across a different style of custom Kick Drum head. Instead of it just being a traditional head with a graphic, it was actually some type of material that strapped onto the bass drum with bungees so you could use it for drum shares and what not.... Has anyone seen or heard of this? I need to try and order one. Thanks

Whatever you you do it has to sit flush and tightnwith the head or it will flap
