Ah got th' blues baybee!

Interesting take on it, Andy - you matched the mood more than the genre. The piano solo is tasty as. I imagine that tune would have cast a sweet atmosphere at the gig.

Here's another BB King - the tastiest Sweet Sixteen I've heard. Did I say I was nuts about BB? Promise the next track will be someone else ...

That brings back memories. A band I was in during the late 70s use to play that one. Thx swiNg!
hopefully it put a smile on your face! and if, here is another one, very old to, i too where in a band some 10 years ago, we where highly into the whole delta-blues thing, with RJ, Muddy, Elmore and all the others. A very fun gig.

Some more great blues - links from another Larry's Ain't My Cross To Bear thread (which also has a great blues number from his band):

Kinda off topic, maybe not, but either way check this out, Larry.. Michael Landau.. with Vinnie ( or Gary Novak, not sure ) on drums. Esmokin'!

Here's one that I love. Mica Paris and Dave Gilmour's I Put A Spell On You.

Hey SwiNg, you're getting to the really old stuff there! Yeah, it's fun to play those old blues things. Here's another oldie from Screaming Jay Hawkins - the original I Put a Spell On You - insane! :)
