Will a DW mini boom fit in a Yamaha CS-945 cymbal stand?

Hi, I can't find this info anywhere - can anyone help? THANKS

Don't know - you would have to know the diameter of the Yamaha part and know what diameters the mini boom might be. Let us know if it works.

The DW boom arm is 1/2 inch. If you just like DW's arm/tilter better, it should fit the opening on the Yamaha ratchet.

I don't think the tubes (if it's not the arm with the tilter on it) are compatible.

The top tube on a standard DW stand is 3/4" OD. Yamaha may be 7/8ths.
