I assume the quality is on the same level as their Millenium stands. I am still having a cymbal stand of theirs, and I had their hi hat stand. Both are excellent for their price.
If you look closely then you'll see that there is only little difference to other OEM made pedals, so yes, for that price it's a no brainer, I'd go for it. I think you can still send it back for no charge if dislike it. Pedals are a very personal thing, I'd never buy one without trying it out. Same for shells.
