The weather was great today for outside photography, so I pulled out the DJ Drums in a 4 piece config.

Specifications:

I almost always play the 7 piece, but because I didn't feel like setting up completely this week I just set up the 4 piece.
 
Man great drums and location! :D Are these custom drums??
 
Very nice. Especially like the bass drum photo with you in the reflection.

isn't this that custom kit that Mike Portnoy played at a Neal Morse (?) gig??

Either way that thing looks wicked, although I wouldn't say no to a few outdoor pictures of the full thing. :)

Great looking set! The pic does not do the "Sparkle" any justice. I bet your drums are really beautiful up close.

As Bram pointed out it is the kit that some of the great played :), and it's awsome in every set up. I played this weekend on a conference and the sound guy was amazed at the sound of the bassdrum and he thought the snare was just perfect.

Now all I need are the skills to play these babies to their full potential...
