Hi, I'm looking at 4 different drum heads to put on my 1978 tama imperialstar concert toms...here are the ones I'm looking at:

- Evans Power Center heads
- Clear evans g2
- Remo Controlled Sound
- Aquarian Performance II with powerdot

I use vintage emperors on my normal kit, but this kit is very different (normal kit is 12, 14, 16 with reso heads, this kit is 14, 16, 18 with concert toms)...so I'm looking to branch out and get some that will make my toms thunderous...i want a deep full sound...any help I can get is more than appreciated...thanks!!

P.S.:One person suggested the evans power center heads, but did not tell me why...if you can give me reasons as to why you would chose one over the other, that would be great, thanks!!

CS BLACK DOT, its the classic sound, they're a bit stiffer head compared to EVANS

Old skool IMPERIALSTARS are the bestest sounding single headed drums I've yet to hear, they have a distinct tone and their punch has body.
