Yamaha Direct Drive Pedal

I recently got the Yamaha FP-9500D to have as a secondary pedal, but I must say I've been very impressed. It took me a few weeks to get used to it, as well as the resistance and spring set to how I'm comfortable, but I've been using it as my main pedal now.

I hadn't ever used a direct drive before, but I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

Direct drive seems to be a love it or hate it type thing though. I'm firmly in the love it camp.
I got the single pedal, and liked it so much, I ended up getting the double too:

I'm going to stick with it at least for now. It has a really nice feel. Just takes some getting used to, but I guess that's the case with all pedals.
