i want to make a two tier gibraltar drum rack, anybody know how i would do this?

Their "modular" kinda goes two tier. http://www.gibraltarhardware.com/?fa=series&sid=679&cid=31

I'd start out by drawing what you want (envision), put some accurate dimensions to it, and see if it's do-able with what Gibraltar offers.

Are you talking like this? This is the super spanner. It attaches to existing cymbal arms. That is what I have.
