No doubt, and that's cool. It's a shame to write a song and then have your cool riffs / harmonies disappear because the band broke up.

Playing a Yardbirds song is fine (depending on who contributed what) but the rearranging and rebadging of the Jake Holmes tune was blatant plagiarism. I hope Jake gets plenty.

And he should pay. It doesn't sound like a coincidence ... I believed George when he said he was unaware ... my guess is he heard it, forgot it, and then the tune popped up while he was writing.
