Mmm Brady that sounds friggin great.
My contribution is to put about 5 or 6 chunks of cream cheese and a slice or 2 of ripped up swiss cheese in your scrambled eggs. I cook them in olive oil on a flat sideless iron skillet. Afterwards I drizzle some hot sauce over it, then sprinkle a little parmesan cheese, and on the side of the plate, some sour cream and salsa. Salt and pepper and I'm happy. It's a gooey mess that is oh so satisfying.
Plus you just have to have some really great tea with milk and honey.
