3 hrs is long enough to see results with any throne. So if the SPINAL G didn't blow you away Im comfortable in saying its not nearly as good as the CARMICHAEL.

Springs plural btw in the SPINAL G... but then WTH for really?

You sit on a CARMICHAEL and you notice the difference, there's no way around it.

If you play a drum set for any length of time, you'll have back issues guaranteed.
