How do I apply for a visa three months before I travel if I need a visa to confirm my travel arrangements, the most important of which would be my date of travel?
Wow that's quite a conundrum. While it doesn't say you have to have the visa to confirm your travel arrangements, what would be the point of it? And if you don't confirm your travel arrangements, how do they know it is within three months? That is some seriously circular reasoning right there.
