I'm still without power. I found out that there are only 7 people on the circuit I'm on that are still powerless, which means we will be among the last to get restored. Crews concentrate on the circuits with the most people out as priority. Thank god for my generator.

Still no power? You had good forsight to have a generator ready. Many never thought to have any backup. Tell your spouse everybody on DW thinks it was so smart of you to have a generator, even if she thinks it stinks. I live in an earthquake prone area and Sandy has made me think to kept a generator for out in our shed too.
