From what you've presented here, it sounds like he couldn't organise a shag in a brothel. Honestly, how do you think he's gonna handle the organisational skills required to manage a band if he can't even organise to get himself to practice? Given I've only heard your side of this saga, but it very much sounds like he'd struggle to run a bath......how's he gonna go running a band?
I believe in giving everyone a fair go and everyone deserves a second chance. But you've asked various requirements of him and he's delivered on none of them. Is he really
