Joes band, the Clash, were a fantastic band...imho.
Joe said that Topper could play anythying and the Clash were definitely influenced...

i aspire to get paid chickenfeed.
gigs are great because they really focus the attention on playing the song / set . mistakes or not. it's like bungee jumping without a bungee rope or even a jump....

leaving aside the material used, maple, brass, steel whatever.
how does the size of the snare influence the sound.
i guess shallow gives a higher pitch, is that why piccolo snares are 2 or 3 inches...

an electric drumset is still a drumset. way better than air drums that's for sure. if you choose to be mainly an electronic player i don't think you'd have an issue and the drummers that play both...

when i was learning hebrew i would sit in the class and write the alphabet over and over just to drill it into my head. i started doing it left handed because hebrew goes from right to left....
