Re: Get this wrap off!

You are absolutely right. The problem is I haven't got a heat gun (but that's not really a dramatic problem - can always lend it or hire it) neither do I have any experience with either one of the...

Re: Jess Margera

I like cky, and Jess seems to drum pretty well. I saw them live once, but I wouldn't say he added a lot to the world of drumming (or at least not that I know off). Just seems to amuze the crowd and...

Re: A rock kit for $1000??

I would put your mind open for 2nd handed kits! I bought a sweet starclassic, in perfect condition 2d handed. I payed only about 800 dollars for it. 2nd handed kits give you the opportunity to play a...

Re: Joey Castillo

Queens is without doubt my favortite band, and has been for over 3 years, since I first got to know them.
Frankly, I find Joey really fits the band. And he certainly has the looks of a mean mexican...

Re: Tell your worst gig ever

We were told to play for some sort of fest of a store. Our spirit being any gig is an opportunity and the fact that we could open up for a famous local rockband made us do it. As we came in to store...

Re: Bare Feet, Socks or Shoes?

1st thing: I think without shoes plays better anyhow: it's like driving a car... you get a better feel bare feet+pedal IMO. and better feel makes better response and better result (with drums:...

Re: What annoys you on peoples drum sets?

I hear you on the rack-thing. I hate it too. Doesn't look pretty nor natural. The muffling I think is just personal perference (prhaps for some recordings muffling might do good). And the drum set up...
