Re: Hardcore Drumming 101

Re: The thread derail thread

We still use miles per gallon, bizarrely. It's one of the many oddities in the UK where we use hybrids of the two systems. In common use, we measure distance in miles but personally, I measure...

Re: Triggers in the studio

If you have a good acoustic snare sound, use the good acoustic snare sound.

Re: Jazz&Funk: Your Snare Pick

Re: Triggers in the studio

Right.

I'm a little confused by your original post.

Are you proposing to record an acoustic snare and use triggers on that snare, or are you wanting to simply use the mesh head and module from...

Re: The thread derail thread

You mean you're now paying the extortionate price of 50 Pence (77 Cents) fewer per litre of petrol than we do? My. I'm sure that hurts...

Re: Premier Olympic

No, they're nothing like that. They're the 'new' Olympic drums which are nothing to write home about.

I still regret not picking up a 60s Olympic set that was for sale just down the road a few...

Re: The thread to derail the thread derail thread

So now, to pervert the intention of the thread, we have to derail it. Anybody want to start a discussion about anything?

On the other hand, derailing a thread about derailing is derailing. If we...
