I strongly recomend freeplaymusic.com Its a great site. They have thousands of tracks and they have a great search engine that helps you narrow down the exact song your looking for.

For me warm ups are very important. I need at LEAST 15 min to get my hands going. I find I play better and I am more confident. I usually just get a pad out and play 8s....but I remember these things...
