when i work as a freelancer i get between 100-200$. if i am playing with my own band (only orginals) i am lucky to get 50-70$ :)

you can count the ride as triplets 123 223 323 423. so the strokes that u play r 1 , 2 3,3, 4 3,
or u can count it in 16th.1, 2 a,3,4 a,.

it's ok to count it any way u feel comftorble...

Counting out loud is a MUST.

Let him count out loud 8th's 1&2&3&4&, while playing with his leading hand the quarter notes 1,2,3,4.
Then after 4 bars of playing the quarter notes, he should move...
